You shall be vitrified to carry my water - my Word. All that I have is yours. You are being equipped for the future I have in store. You are being taught to walk in my footsteps. Offer your body daily as a sacrifice to me. Your ears to hear what I hear, your eyes to see as I see, your mouth to speak in season, your heart to love as I love, your mind to submit as I do, your hands to sew seeds and gather in the harvest, your feet to go in my Name.

Hi Siyabonga. My name's Cherry. I've been a Christian for 29 years so I know what you are going through right now. A real relationship with God (Father, Son and Holy Spirit) can only be truly fruitful and fulfilling if it is based on faith. Faith is so important that God counts our faith, not our works, as righteousness. Biblical faith has to be based on truth. The tuth about God and mankind can only be fully understood and grasped through the Word. When we limp along or lack faith, it is normally due to what the Bible calls strongholds. Strongholds are wrong beliefs. We often believe what others tells us, but doubt what God says. Here is a good example of a wrong belief: many Christians think that they are not doing enough for God so they get involved in all sorts of ministry work. After a while, they become disillusioned because they see little fruit and are struggling in their ministry or ministries. The truth is that God has given each of His children one or more gifts, which they should be operating within as much as possible. Another truth is that God prepared work for us to do in advance. Therefore, if we minister using our God-given gifts and always ask God to show us exactly what He wants us to do, our service will bear fruit and fulfill us. Another stronghold is believing that we are not good enough for God to use or love unconditionally. The truth is this: every Christ-follower who has confessed their sin and asked Christ to take over as Lord and Master, trusting Him to do so, is declared perfect. We are one with Christ whether we believe it or not. The Holy Spirit lives within us and the Father sees us as wholly righteous. As I wrote earlier, our walk must be based on faith. This does not mean that we have to try harder to believe but that we CHOOSE to believe what GOD says. To regain your relationship with God, search the Bible for HIS truths and make a choice to BELIEVE them. What we believe determines how we live and react.
