About: This year’s Mandala Project sees the Groovy Troopers collaborating with Timecode. Our intention is to create a sound mandala that merges daytime and night-time psy-trance styles. Through a permutation of the Troopers’ visual alchemy and Timecode’s knack for immaculate sound-production, this year’s Project will incarnate another in a series of audio-visual Temporary Autonomous Zones. that brings together different innovators and boundary-breakers – both visual and auditory – at work in the local and international psy-trance circuit.
