My company is called CB Architectural Designs. We basically specialize in any kind of home improvement, interiors and designing of new homes. From the design and drawing of the addition or home, to the submitting of the plans to council. We offer council services such as acquiring occupancy certificates, rezoning, building line relaxations, consolidations, demolition permits etc for our clients. We also offer services ranging from commercial interiors where every detail is thought of, we even have done paintings for our clients to compliment the design and keep their budget intact, custom designing of furniture and desks, to kitchen and bathroom designs (including 3D's so the client can see the finished product before laying out a cent for it). We are also able to design new homes in a wide range of unique designs. We also recently started a 3D rendering division where we offer our 3D rendering services to architectural firms for presentations to clients and for brochures. There is no challenge we won’t take on! Our prices are based on the specific requirements of each client. The initial meeting with a client is free where the brief is discussed, and a quote is then produced based on the services required. If the client is happy with my fee proposal we move forward. We also now have a stunning range of creative images for canvas’s or wall paper!

A mother from Texas has decided to make her son's dream come true... He always wanted 3 sons, Hunter, Tod & Van - he even named them... The problem is Nikolas Evans, aged 21, died from his injury after a pub fight. No problem thought mum, she went to the courts and got permission to have his sperm harvested! She will thus ensure that one day she will have her 3 grandchildren! What legacy do you want to leave behind?

if you aint voting, do not complain for the next four years.
i have had it up to here with ppl who say our country is going down the drain but they are too "good" to vote. our country is doing pretty darn good if you look around.
i do not care for who you vote, okay maybe i do not want you to vote for a certain shower head. but that is just because he reminds me off bush so much. that and i wonder if he is really innocent.
why cant we have a african-american president? i think that could work.

I just came home from a date that lasted much shorter than I had hoped. He had to leave really early as he has a doctor's appointment tomorrow. God, I pitied myself for hours, because I really wanted him to stay longer. Hunger hurts, but I want him so bad, I could kill. Hunger hurts but starving works when it comes to love I suppose.
I stared at my computer screen waiting for something to pop out and grab my attention. Itunes needed an update, and my screen was covered in dust. Facebook... yes, well, the modern child's time-wasting scheme. I updated my relationship status, which gave me a smile. I laughed at how fickle the people of today are - most people are easily moved by what they read nowadays, that whole entire relationships can be cultivated online. Real things like missing someone is quickly replaced by how fast you can type a reply on a blogsite or a personal social networking page. God, I'm such a victim to this myself, objectively saying anything will almost always amount to hypocrisy.

I recieved an email the other day from a guy that seemed nice enough to date for a while. Callously he called me a sophist. I laughed at the irony, because I'm just another student. The kind of guy who maybe gets philosophical when he's not sober I suppose. I giggled at the concept of being a leader in thought... I thought about politics. I thought about changing the world and what I could do to change it. Was the world really looking to be saved? What a human concept - we are only as lost as the people who aren't. Incidentally, I think emo kids are posers. Emo is the new gay - get out of the closet and stop blaming your parents. Everyone has the capacity to be emotional - just because you feel underappreaciated and alone doesn't make you special. It makes you unique.
Anyway, so the guy explained in various compliments that I am this well versed guy. I was flattered. It was interesting to find someone who can be so open and honest and try not to impress me by sending shirtless pictures or other uncovered bits... That said, I was still confused as to why I'm a sophist.
Turns out I'm a sophisticated guy. Typo. I lold. He says potato, I say vodka. Still the same concept, but I'm still being placed on a pedestal I hardly deserve. But it was nice. I think more people should be like him, and towards more other people. Compliments have been pornoficated: everything is a remnant of Paris Hilton when it comes to complimenting. So vapid and shallow. That's hot, or you are hot. Or just, oh my god, wow. It's so insincere it's actually a diss. What happened to the real world where people can be real. I suppose popular culture won in the end. So I'm sophisticated.
Yeah, I would think I am. I worked damn hard to know what I know and do what I can do and appreciate what I appreciate. I'm a classically trained singer, I compose music, I have expensive toys which I paid for myself. I have a broad horizon. I dress expensively. I eat overpriced food and enjoy it. I look down on people who haven't the will to educate themselves. I resent fundamentalism. I plan to vote in every election of my country. I watch news. I have a beautiful guy in my life. I'm happy and I can appreciate it. I am sophisticated.
And yet, sometimes at night, I lie in my bed wondering and fearing my life and the effect of ruining it would have. I then look out of my third floor apartment, and stare at the blue moon rising, and the stars, and I listen to the silence of Autumn approaching. And I think, f*ck. The ulti-mix at 6 should be aware that the samples used and the remixes and backing are always written in different keys. Semi-tone difference actually cause clashes. It's badly done in every aspect except for rythm. I think I should become a DJ. I should become a rocket scientist. I should write that book. I'm a sophist.

SHOPPERS, when buying oranges, get more for your money by peeling them before taking them to the counter to be weighed.

Hi Sureshni, with regards to the books. I think the electronic books have the major advantage of saving paper,resulting in less trees having to be cut do wn. This for me is a great bonus. :-) Shalane
